1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Andes Haven website ("Site") or booking a stay at our property, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using this Site's particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Booking & Reservations
All reservations are subject to availability and formal confirmation by Andes Haven. When making a reservation, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to make a room reservation. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email with a valid booking reference number.
- Special Requests: While we strive to fulfill all special requests (such as specific room locations or dietary requirements), these are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
3. Payment Policy
To secure your reservation, a valid credit card is required at the time of booking. The specific payment terms depend on the rate selected:
- Standard Rates: A deposit equivalent to the first night's stay may be charged 48 hours prior to arrival.
- Non-Refundable Rates: The total price of the reservation will be charged at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
- Incidental Charges: Upon check-in, a pre-authorization on your credit card will be required to cover any incidental charges (e.g., restaurant, spa, room service) incurred during your stay.
4. Cancellations & Modifications
We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be as flexible as possible while ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel.
- Cancellations made up to 72 hours before the scheduled check-in date (3:00 PM local time) will incur no penalty, and any deposits will be fully refunded.
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of the check-in date, or in the case of a no-show, will result in a charge equal to the first night's stay.
- Modifications to dates or room types are subject to availability and potential rate adjustments.
5. Hotel Policies & Guest Conduct
To ensure a pleasant and luxurious environment for all our guests, we enforce the following policies:
- Check-in / Check-out: Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 12:00 PM (Noon). Late check-outs may be requested but are subject to availability and additional fees.
- Smoking Policy: Andes Haven is a strictly non-smoking property indoors. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. A cleaning fee of $250 will be applied to any room where smoking has occurred.
- Pets: With the exception of certified service animals, pets are not permitted on the property to maintain our allergen-free luxury standards.
- Conduct: We reserve the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave the premises if their behavior is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or compromises the safety and comfort of other guests or staff.
6. Spa, Restaurant, and Entertainment Amenities
Access to certain hotel amenities may require prior reservations or adherence to specific guidelines:
- Spa & Wellness: We recommend booking spa treatments well in advance. Cancellations for spa services must be made 24 hours prior to the appointment to avoid a 50% cancellation fee.
- Restaurant Dress Code: Our fine dining restaurant requires a smart-casual dress code during dinner service.
- Casino Lounge: Guests may enjoy our discreet casino lounge designed for light evening entertainment. Entry to the casino lounge is strictly restricted to guests aged 18 and over. Identification may be required.
7. Limitation of Liability
Andes Haven shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or the website. While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and security of our guests and their belongings, the hotel is not responsible for the loss or damage of valuables left in guest rooms or public areas. In-room safes are provided for your convenience.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Santiago, Chile.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
